Yayoi Kusama inspired pumpkins - 6th Class.

As part of our Halloween/Autumn art we created our own unique pumpkins inspired by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. Did you know she is called "The Princess of Polka Dots" as her unique art style encompasses polka dots! She even wears a lot if polka dot clothes! 

This art activity had many stages - clay shape forming, acrylic painting and varnishing.

We are delighted with how tthey turned out!
