On Thursday March 3rd, we celebrated 'World Book Day' in 2nd Class. We dressed up as our favourite book characters-check out our beautiful costumes! We participated in a Show and Tell activity sharing our favourite books and spoke about the plot, the characters, the author and illustrator and rated our chosen books out of 10! It is not an easy task to public speak and the girls did themselves proud at the top of the classroom! :) Sixth Class kindly offered to be our book buddies for the day. (Who doesn't want books read to them!!) At the end of the day, we showed 1st and 4th Class our fantastic costumes in our 'World Book Day' parade and had fun dancing with our peers! A great day all round!! :)
