Pancake Tuesday in 2nd Class

There were smiles all round in 2nd class as the girls enjoyed eating their pancakes in school. We looked at the procedure for making a pancake, we read an Irish story about a pancake that escaped and we designed our own imaginary pancakes. What a fun day at school!!
