Our theme of the month is ‘All About Me’. Here were some of our stations this week:
- Art Station: We were really lucky to have Caroline help us design our photos of our first day of school this year.
- Creation station: We used our play dough to create different foods we like.
- Activity Station: Here, we completed an ‘All About Me’ worksheet. This included our favourite colours, a picture of our family and a picture of ourselves.
- Fine Motor Station: We used our scissors to cut out different pictures of things we like and dislike. We then stuck these onto a sheet and the leftovers in our SESE copies.
1st class stations: 1st class took part in differentiated stations. They had so much fun!
- Activity Station: We filled in our explorers books our firsts. Some of these included our first word, first friend and first time on a bike.
- Investigation Station: Here, we used our Explorers workbooks to find out interesting facts about everyone in our class.
- Games Station: We played an ‘All About Me’ board game. We took turns rolling the dice and landing on different parts of the board. We answered questions about ourselves and learned lots about each other.
- Art Station: We also enjoyed taking part in the art station with Caroline designing some beautiful photographs!
